DGU 413 Dust Protection Chamber
Dust Protection Chamber DGU 413 to avoid dust emission during operation of Solid Aerosol Generators of the series SAG410
Dust Protection Chamber DGU 413 to avoid dust emission during operation of Solid Aerosol Generators of the series SAG410
The aerosol generated by the aerosol generator is prevented by a double-encapsulated construction from escaping. The inner area of the DGU is permanently purged with dry compressed air to prevent the penetration of moisture. This process improves the dosing properties of hygroscopic powders. The resulting aerosol concists only of pure, dry air and solid particles.
The outer area has an exhaust air connection and can be permanently drained. A filter combination of HEPA filter and activated carbon filter only allows particle-free air without chemical if biological contamination. If no dying of the inner area is required the filtered air can be used for aerosol generation.
